GRADUATING CLASS OF 2022
On July 27, 2022, thirty-six incarcerated veterans at the H.H. Coffield Unit in Tennessee Colony, Texas completed the AIMVETS facilitated one-year program in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT). With the pomp and patriotism of a military ceremony, these men graduated from the State of Texas’ first S.T.R.I.P.E.S. Veteran’s Dorm.
Chairman of the Board of the Texas Criminal Justice System, Patrick O’Daniel, and Executive Director of the Texas Board of Criminal Justice, Bryan Collier, were present to congratulate these men. Retired Justice Tim Taft of the Texas First Court of Criminal Appeals was the keynote speaker.
